Join Jules and Mark for this episode that explores how the brain is structured and operates. It's important to embrace the diversity of the human mind and value the differences in how individuals think, learn and perceive their surroundings.
March also recognises two significant awareness campaigns. Firstly, it's Brain Injury Awareness Month - a dedicated time to spread knowledge and advocate the people affected by brain injury. Secondly, we also have Neurodiversity Celebration Week, allowing us to recognise the diversity of the mind.
As many of our regular listeners know, Mark suffered a brain injury in a freak accident and he and Jules have to live with daily challenges surrounding this condition. They delve into the similarities between these challenges between brain injury survivors and the neurodiverse community.
