Assault, screaming, overcrowding: What is it really like inside prison?

Sky News has been given exclusive access to HMP Elmley in Kent, a prison operating at almost full capacity. Our correspondent Mollie Malone has been inside the prison, just as more than 1,000 inmates are released early to ease overcrowding.    Joining Niall Paterson, Mollie shares the chaos she witnessed inside, from the noise and violence staff face, to the struggles of inmates facing drug addiction and mental health issues.
