Life can be like running a marathon at times. Join Jules and Mark as they talk about how to avoid hitting the wall and running out of energy when working towards your life goals.
Both have completed marathons in the past and have likened them to life. First, you have to train and prepare and create habits just to get to the start line. The event itself is the real challenge and you could feel zapped of energy at some point. However, if you dig in and reach the finish line, you can celebrate achieving your goal and be inspired for the next chapter in your life. Working towards any goal, whether it be an exam, a job interview or planning a life event, will have similar principles.
