Mindfulness is all about being in the present moment but we can all struggle to find that calm because we're worrying about what future tasks we need to do or how we've previously performed in the past. By pausing and taking a moment to focus on our breathing is a key to restoring some calm into our lives.

Sarah is an expert in psychology and her organisation Lemonkind is here to share tips on how to achieve the above. This episode will leave you feeling relaxed with simple mindfulness tools to take away.
