The Milton Keynes Food and Leisure Awards marked their 12th anniversary on Sunday, 10 November, with a vibrant celebration of the city’s hospitality community.
Held at the Delta Hotel in Kent’s Hill, the event brought together chefs, restaurateurs, and hospitality enthusiasts in an evening filled with joy, laughter, and moments of heartfelt recognition.
Supported by headline sponsor Brioche Pasquier, along with Safenames, Ifour, Waterdene Wholesalers, Access Solutions, Woodenhill Coffee, and MK College, this year’s sold-out event highlighted the dedication and creativity within Milton Keynes’ hospitality industry. Guests were treated to a three-course meal as they honoured the individuals and teams who drive the city’s culinary scene forward.
Steven Dryden-Hall, the awards’ founder, spoke passionately about the significance of the event: “It was a joy to see the passion in the room and bring people together to enjoy all things food and drink in MK—my home for over 40 years. The night was a celebration of the hard work and creativity that make Milton Keynes a unique culinary destination.”
Adding a charitable dimension to the evening, the Super Raffle raised over £3,000 for Harry’s Rainbow, a cherished local charity that supports bereaved children and their families. The contribution underscored the community spirit that defined the night, making the awards not only a celebration of local talent but also a demonstration of generosity and solidarity.
