Have your say on Milton Keynes city council’s new political map

The Local Government Boundary Commission for England is currently undertaking a boundary review of Milton Keynes City Council’s electoral wards. It has proposed that the number of city councillors should be increased from 57 to 60.

The Commission is seeking feedback from residents and organisations about their thoughts on the proposals. Further information can be found on the review website, including an interactive map.

The Commission is interested in views on which communities should be part of the same ward and will use responses to help it draw up proposals for new ward boundaries. There will be a further round of consultation once the Commission has drawn up the initial proposals.

Feedback can be submitted online on the review website or by emailing reviews@lgbce.org.uk. Submissions can also be sent by post to Review Officer (Milton Keynes), LGBCE, PO Box 133, Blyth, NE24 9FE. Responses must be submitted before 15 July 2024.

The review will be completed before May 2026 when all Milton Keynes City Councillors will be up for election in accordance with the newly established wards.
